- The villa can comfortably accommodate groups of 12-13 people (max 10 adults) with its 5 large bedrooms on 3 levels facilitating the privacy of different families / groups
- You will benefit from very beautiful outdoor spaces which include a heated swimming pool, a petanque ground, a barbecue, and all the garden furniture to live outside. The 2500m2 garden is fenced and closed by an electric gate.
- You will enjoy the magnificent sea view of the Pinarello Bay from the master bedroom and sublime views of the Alta Rocca mountains from the common areas
- The nearest beach is 3' by car and it is easy to park there
- Peace is assured because there is no busy road nearby
- The villa is close to the shops of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio (2.5km)

Pinarello, ideal region to discover Corsica
Explore the fine sandy beaches just minutes from the villa or go hiking in the surrounding mountains. Don't miss the charming Corsican villages, their traditional markets, and local specialties like brocciu cheese and Patrimonio wine
- Our villa is located on top of a hill halfway between the village of Pinarello and Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, 15km from Porto Vecchio
- Pinarello beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica and even in the world (in the top 20 according to the Guardian). Still very preserved and lined with pine trees, it is a family beach. You can have lunch with your family at the Pinarello Marine Village, go catamaran sailing at the sailing club, rent a transparent kayak to see the fish or a boat to explore Corsica by the coast.
- From the villa, you can easily explore the region and visit the famous beaches of the Porto Vecchio region (Pinarello beach, Saint Cyprien beach and its famous "Cabanon Bleu", Santa Giulia beach, Palombaggia beach, Fautea beach, etc.), visit Bonifacio, or go hiking in the Alta Rocca mountains. There are many outdoor activities in the region whatever the season!
- Access by plane can be via Figari airport (40km - 45') or Bastia (120km/1h30). By boat, you can disembark directly at Porto Vecchio or Bastia. A car is essential in the region.
