Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Standard arrival and departure times are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. respectively, but we are flexible in terms of times. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss it.

Q: Do you provide sheets and towels?

A: Yes, we provide sheets and towels for each stay free of charge. If you want pool or beach towels, you can also rent them from the Pinarello Villa Services concierge

Q: What happens if something goes wrong in the villa during the stay?

A: The villa is fully checked at the start of the season (lights, furniture, air conditioning, household appliances, swimming pool) but we are never safe from breakdowns or broken objects. Our Pinarello Villa Service concierge will intervene to repair or change what is not working.

Q: If the pool gets dirty during the stay, will someone come and clean it?

A: We provide the pool robot for you to clean the pool from daily dirt. The swimming pool specialist comes once a week before your arrival to check all the parameters of the swimming pool (level of chlorine, PH, etc.). If you notice a sudden deterioration of the pool, inform us so that we can have it checked.

Q: Can we bring our pets?

A: Yes with our agreement and payment of fees you can bring your pet. For dogs, we ask you to make sure to collect the droppings before your departure.

Q: Where is the nearest beach?

A: The nearest beach is 1.5km from the villa. If it is technically possible to go there on foot, the road being very steep, we advise you to take the car. It is very easy to park there even in high season.

Q: Where are the nearest shops?

A: The nearest supermarket (Super U or Spar) is 2km away in the center of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio. You will also find a local fruit and vegetable producer 500m from the villa

Q: What about water activities?

A: You will find a large number of water activities (catamaran, kayak, jet ski, parasailing, diving) at Pinarello beach. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information

Q: For hiking or mountain activities?

A: The natural pools of Cavu are a few kilometers from the villa. For canyoning and hiking in the Bavella sector, it will take 1 hour by car to get there.
