Welcome to Serena
Serena is our first villa — the one that grew alongside our children. We designed it so that families with young children could truly unwind: a fully fenced 2,500m² garden, a pool secured with a roller shutter cover, bunk beds in the children's dormitory, a large fully equipped kitchen for group meals... everything is here. And because parents deserve to breathe too, two private parental suites with en-suite bathrooms are waiting for you.
Serena sleeps up to 13 guests across 3 levels, with all 5 bedrooms accessible from inside the villa — a real comfort for families, day and night.
A dedicated concierge service is available throughout your stay to make everything effortless.
What makes Serena exceptional
🌊 Sea & mountain views — The top-floor master suite offers a breathtaking panorama over Pinarello Bay. The living spaces and pool terrace open onto the Alta Rocca mountains — a view you will never tire of.

Outdoor living
The terrace opens directly onto the pool — outdoor sofas, deckchairs, a charcoal barbecue with outdoor fireplace and a pétanque court are all at your disposal. Long Corsican evenings taste different when you're outdoors under a sky full of stars. The 2,500m² landscaped garden, fully enclosed and planted with local Mediterranean species, invites you to wander, laze in the shade and let the children roam free 🌿

Serena sits on a quiet residential hillside, perfectly positioned between two worlds: the charming seaside village of Pinarello — with its famous fine sandy beach, restaurants and bars — and the village of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio (shops, bakery, supermarket) just 3 minutes by car.
The nearest beach, Plage de la Source, is 1.5km away with easy parking. From there, a scenic coastal path leads directly to the grande plage de Pinarello.

If you come from Pinarello, do not follow the GPS, it gives a direction that does not exist. Make sure to take the D168A direction Sainte Lucie and turn when you see the sign Testa / Vardiola / Caramontinu. Then you can follow GPS instructions

Notes
Please note that our rates include a welcome, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, bed linen, and tourist tax. You must bring your own beach/pool towels. Minimum stay is 6 nights. Prices are calculated based on the number of people in the booking.
Dogs are allowed (prior request required) but adherence to the rules is imperative (cleaning up their excrement and hair, no access to beds and sofas, do not leave them alone)

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison en Corse du Sud. La maison était très propre et la literie confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. L’emplacement est pratique, proche des plages et des commodités, et l’accueil a été simple et efficace. Seul petit point à améliorer : l’entretien des extérieurs et les abords de la piscine pourraient être davantage soignés. Cela reste une belle adresse que nous recommandons.
Un super séjour!
Nous avons passé un séjour hyper agréable en famille chez Marie. N'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipement et profité de la piscine en cette fin octobre. Marie est très réactive et arrangeante. Ça a été triste pour tous de partir. Merci Marie
Ein wunderbar Zeit in der Villa!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Durch die großen Fensterfronten und die zwei Balkone hat man einen beeindruckenden Blick aufs Meer und ins korsische Inland. Der Pool und das Außengelände ist superschön angelegt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall können wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen- super für zwei - drei Familien mit Kindern geeignet
Amazing Time in a beautiful villa
Together with another family we stayed two weeks in this great property with multiple scenic views. Check-in was very welcoming, Frédéric, the concierge showed us all the details of the house. The master bedroom is the highlight of all the room as it gives perfect view to the beach of Pinarello and on the other side the boule-place is perfect for watching the sundowner in the mountains. The enire equipment was working perfectly, one aircondition had once an issue, but it was solved immediately. The bed-rooms are on three levels giving plenty of space for all. Even our mountainbikes were securely stored in the garage. The beach La Source is very close and from there you can walk the entire beach of Pinarello. All in all a perfect holiday for two families with adolescent children, thank you Frédéric and Marie for two fabolous weeks.
La plus belle maison où nous avons séjourné
Nos vacances sont malheureusement terminées aujourd'hui. Nous avons déjà été dans de nombreuses belles maisons en Corse, mais la vôtre est la plus belle. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses. Merci beaucoup, tout le meilleur et meilleures salutations
Liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit tollem Ausblick
Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und ein Hund in der Villa Caramontinu und waren begeistert. Jedes einzelne Zimmer ist liebevoll aber auch modern eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön wurde aber nicht genutzt da man bei dem tollen Wetter lieber auf einer der beiden Terrassenplätze verweilt. Tagsüber waren wir am Pool und abends auf der Seitenterrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Das wichtigste bei einem Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung und einer größeren Zahl an Personen ist die Küche und diese lässt sich definitiv sehen. Es sind alle erdenklichen Utensilien vorhanden Mixer, Toast etc. zwei Kühlschränke (wir haben einen für Lebensmittel und einen für Getränke genutzt). Die Kommunikation mit Marie und später mit Frederic war hervorragend und immer Hilfsbereit. Bei der Lage gibt es lediglich einen Stern Abzug da der Steile und vorher Steinige Weg zur Villa nicht erwähnt wird, also mit einem kleiner oder untermotorisiertem Fahrzeug ist dieser nicht zu empfehlen :)

Beautiful Villa
We had a great time with two families staying in that villa. The house has a great standard and is very charming. Everything is built very solid and with a lot of thought on finding a good balance between practicality and design. It does come also with a lovely atmosphere that we felt at home very easily.
