The Villa

Alta is thoughtfully arranged across several half-levels, each carved into the natural hillside to maximise views and create intimate spaces for every guest.

• Upper level — Three suites including the magnificent Master Suite with private bathroom (bathtub, shower & WC) and sweeping views over Pinarello Bay. The Master, Pinarello and Bavella suites are all accessible from inside the villa.
• Main level — A bright, open-plan living and dining room flowing onto a panoramic terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
• Pool level — The Majorelle Suite, with mountain views and independent exterior access — perfect for guests who enjoy their own private entrance and complete autonomy.
• Garden level — The fifth suite, nestled in lush Mediterranean vegetation, also with independent exterior access — a peaceful retreat for those seeking quiet and shade.

💡 Please note: the Majorelle and Garden suites are not connected to the main villa internally. Both are accessed via their own dedicated exterior pathways, offering complete independence and privacy — ideal for guests who prefer their own space.

A summer kitchen (fridge-freezer + dishwasher) and a laundry room (washer + dryer) complete the practical amenities.

Outdoor living

The heart of Alta is its outdoor space — a sun-drenched terrace with deckchairs, outdoor sofas, a dining area for 10, a charcoal barbecue and a pétanque court for convivial afternoons in the shade, all overlooking the heated pool and the mountains beyond. The landscaped garden extends over 1,600m² of Mediterranean vegetation, creating a true haven of natural beauty. Private parking for 4 vehicles.
