Villa layout - given the hill there are several half levels in the villa

• Upper level : 3 suites (Master, Pinarello and Bavella), including a master suite with breathtaking view, private bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.
• Common space level: leaving room and open family room kitchen
• Pool level : An additional suite (Majorelle) with a view of the mountains, accessible by a few exterior steps (independent access).
• Garden Level : A fifth independent suite nestled in lush vegetation, ideal for a peaceful retreat.

Suites on 3 levels. 3 suites are accessible by the inside access of the villa, 2 suites are independant.

The villa is located on a steep hill so stairs are unavoidable but we have designed it on several half levels to facilitate access.
