Villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, on 3 levels, can accommodate up to 8/10 adults and 12/13 with children/babies (supplement included beyond 10 in the price)

The villa is located on a hill with a dominant position with sea view (from the master bedroom) and mountain view from the living spaces (living room / swimming pool)

The environment :
On a hill with a dominant view of the bay of Pinarello and the mountain of Alta Rocca, the villa is in a residential area (very quiet) halfway between the marine village of Pinarello with its famous fine sandy beach, its restaurants and bars and the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio (shops) 3' by car.

The closest beach "Plage de la Source" is 1.5km away and it is generally quite easy to park there. From Source beach, you can access the large Pinarello beach via the coastal path or go there by car via the main road.

The villa is 40km from Figari airport and 15km from the port of Porto Vecchio.You can also come via Bastia (port and airport) which is 120km away

From the villa, you can easily travel around the region (by car or boat)

- Saint Cyprien water beach: 10km / 20' by boat

- Santa Giulia beach: 28km / 45'-1h by boat

- Rondinara beach: 37km / 1h-1h30 boat

- Bonifacio: 45km / 1h30-2h by boat
